Born 2 Become respects your privacy and ensures that the personal information you provide to us remains confidential. Purposes of processing and retention period

Born 2 Become collects and processes data about you for the purposes described below. In this regard, we use both the data you provide to us and the data we collect ourselves (for example regarding your visit to our website). We keep personal data for the time necessary for the intended purposes or for the period prescribed by law (obligation to retain accounting documents, etc.).

Fulfill your order

To fulfill your order, we need your name, email address, address, delivery address, payment details and sometimes also your telephone number and/or date of birth. We will thus be able to deliver your order and inform you of the progress of the delivery. The law requires us to keep data relating to your order for seven years.

Legal grounds for processing

Born 2 Become processes personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • authorization (e.g. sending newsletters and invitations; collecting sensitive data)

  • necessary for the execution of a contract (execute your order...)

  • necessary to satisfy a legal obligation

  • necessary to defend our legitimate interest in undertaking

When personal data is processed based on the legal ground for authorization, you always have the right to withdraw the authorization given.

 

Transmission to third parties

Born 2 Become does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your data internally with our collaborators (employees or independents). Additionally, we only share data about you with third parties to:

  • the execution of your order;

  • website hosting;

  • setting up the IT infrastructure;

  • the creation (and distribution) of newsletters and invitations.

Our employees and third parties we use are required to respect the confidentiality of data concerning you. We guarantee that they have taken the necessary protective measures for this purpose.

 

We only share your personal data with suppliers located in the European Economic Area.
