Since a compassionate confrontation with your own contradictions is part of my methods, I will invite you, from the very first session, to choose the coaching style you prefer (on a scale of 1 to 5 peppers).

You remain in full control of your choices, decisions, actions... and of course, your successes.

Unlike a therapist, a coach’s approach focuses more on the present to help you project yourself into the future.
​
​
Each session lasts between 1 and 2 hours. Depending on the goal, 3 to 10 sessions are typically required.
I am committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality.
