An engineer by training, I have long been surprised, even frustrated, by the seemingly irrational behavior of “others” (colleagues, friends, family, etc.): the best prepared projects (scientifically, technically, financially, etc.) are slowed down and diverted. , blocked… by the “resistance to change” of “others”.

I therefore gradually became interested, then trained, in emotional intelligence, and in concepts allowing us to improve mutual understanding between human beings, but also to learn more about ourselves.

​

I discovered that we are all “the other” of the “others”, and that only our perception or our “world map” differs.

 

Thanks to theoretical and practical training provided by IFAPME, my journey of personal reflection, my readings, but also my experience in theatrical improvisation, I therefore offer to support you in your future projects.
